Postage and Delivery

Our studios, workshops and offices are based in Turin, Northern Italy.  All goods are dispatched from here.  Most items are posted the working day after purchase is made.  We have weekday collections.  We do not post on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

The following delivery rates are flat rates.  It is not our intention to make money from our customers by overcharging for postage and packing.  If you wish to discuss delivery rates please feel free to contact us with your enquiry.

Deliveries to the UK:

The flat rate postage for deliveries to the UK is £4.25.  All items mailed to the UK will normally be sent priority using the Italian Postal service.   

We only post Monday-Friday.  Therefore a purchase placed on a Friday afternoon will be posted the following Monday.  Delivery should take approximately four working days.

Deliveries to Mainland Europe:

For customers in mainland Europe, postage and packaging (P&P) is £4.25.  All items mailed to the UK will normally be sent priority using the Italian Postal service.

Deliveries outside Europe:

For customers outside of Europe, P&P flat rate  is £11.00 We send international parcels using Poste Italia.  Royal Mail aim to deliver International Signed For Airmail up to 9 working days to international locations outside Europe. 

For large heavy orders we reserve the right to amend shipping charges and we will send a Paypal payment request for the extra postage....or you may cancel the order.

It is the customers responsibility to pay local customs fees, import tax etc.  We do not falsify information on the customs form as this is illegal.
